We accept secure online payments via UPI and credit/debit cards, processed through our payment partner Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified.

We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers; all payment information is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable security standards.

4. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return items in accordance with our returns process. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay for online payments) within a reasonable time after we approve the return. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
